This innovation came to life when…
This application was developed due to feedback from major corporates and franchises about why they are not using social media more for their business. It all revolved around the lack of brand and user controls when managing large numbers of Facebook pages and social media staff. So I set about, with a lot of input from several media companies and large franchise groups, to develop a solution that would meet their needs.
This system is live with several large high-profile brands piloting. We are also developing a post and comments management tool with the same functions.
