It was a problem I faced in corporate life and at the time the technology did not exist. Once I saw the ‘cloud’ opportunity we decided to try to build the application. During development a client asked us if we had a product to address their problem, I said yes and the rest is history!

Our workflow management software allows organisations to automate manual workflow system, document-intensive, approval-based processes across departments. Business analysts and process experts with no programming experience can design forms, workflows and checklists.

It does this by…

Utilising cloud-based technology and a proprietary scripting language. The product is built in Microsoft technology. All you need is a browser, tablet or smartphone to use bworkflow.

3. PURPOSE & BENEFITS

This innovation improves on what came before because…

The product avoids double entry and manual input. It provides real-time alerts and reporting to improve safety and risk. The technology at the time was prohibitively expensive for small companies; now a one-man band can use our software.
