Facebook had its moment in film history with The Social Network. Although, Zuckerberg denies much of the film’s content.
Now, Google is getting the Hollywood treatment. But, it’s better than that. It’s got Vince Vaughn and, none other than the Buttescotch Stallion himself, Owen Wilson.
They play failed 40-something, wannabe entrepreneurs, trying to make it into Google’s internship program. Basically, it’s the age old plot line of ‘old people’ being somewhere that they ‘don’t quite belong’. But, given it’s these two Hollywood comedic heavyweights, I’m willing to give the movie the benefit of the doubt.
The movie will be filmed at the Google campus in Silicon Valley. I am sure, much hilarity will ensue.
