My guess is, I’m not the only one who doesn’t always wake up feeling particularly awesome.
Yet, we all know that we need sleep in order to function at our best. It affects our productivity, our social skills and, our health.
In short, given the stressful lives that most entrepreneurs live (and, indeed thrive on), sleep is vital.
After several weeks of bad sleep, I’ve reverted to using my favourite sleep app, SleepCycle. And, it’s great for waking me up but, it doesn’t assist with the falling to sleep part. That, I’m still working on.
But, if you don’t suffer from being unable to fall asleep, this snappy 59 second video explains how to determine the best time to actually go to sleep. You see, we sleep in 90 minute cycles. If you want to wake up at a particular time and feel awesome, then you need to go to sleep at a specific time.
