I was trying to lose weight following the Dukan Diet and really struggled to not have the convenience and feelings of satiety that you get from bread! Toast is such a convenient brekkie, it made me think: what if I could invent a bread that was more of a “Protein Bar” but tasted like bread?

Give people more energy, maintain blood sugar and lose weight by cutting sugar from their diet, be by choice or medical condition such as diebetes, coeliacs or obesity.

It does this by…

Having superior nutritional content and raw ingredients that keep you full twice as long as regular bread but maintain your blood sugar levels so you don’t get the energy spike/dip from sugar!

This innovation improves on what came before because…

It is gluten-free, wheat-free, yeast-free, has no added sugar, high in omega 3 & 6 fats (good fats), high in fibre (soluable & insoluable), only has 1g of carbs per slice and is full of other healthy seeds.

Work with gym owners and PT’s on a commission-based system, approach health food shops, large online campaign including “Win a Year’s Supply of Protein Bread”. Sampling. I have a PR/marketing girl that works 25 hours a week to help me do this!
