This week, Anthill’s Facebook fans overtook our LinkedIn Group members.
From the day of its creation, Anthill’s LinkedIn Group has attracted a steady stream of new members — 1,819 at last count. This makes sense. LinkedIn has a commercial focus, right?
This week, however, Anthill’s often-overlooked Facebook fan-base leap-frogged our LinkedIn group membership. It happened with very little deliberate effort. In fact, we only noticed the trend by accident.
Only a month ago, I tweeted the observation that our Facebook fan-base was nearing 1,450.
Today, it passed 1,860.
Normally, it’s our job to share wisdom, insight, tools and tips gleamed from our never-ending experiments in the dizzying domain of online media (and marketing).
However, this week’s development has us stumped, so we’re calling on the collective wisdom of Anthill’s readership. You!
