Infomaxim

This innovation initially came to life when…

…after spending ten years in the Internet business and finding it was still way too difficult for the average business to run an online store. Worse still, marketing online was getting more complex, and you needed a swag of different tools to make it happen.

WHAT & HOW

The purpose of this innovation is to…

…give small-medium businesses everything they need in one solution to do business online (ecommerce/content management/email marketing) plus useful new things (profiling customers based on behaviour, re-targetting emails, business intelligence tools to work with all your customer data in one place, etc.).

It does this by…

…being a turnkey Software as a Service that you can optionally customise and reconfigure, using popular templates (like Magento) or rolling your own design from scratch. And we tried very hard to make it really flexible. We’ve even got a company about to launch selling frames, contacts etc. with all the complexities of prescription lenses happily working. (Social media analytics/tools coming soon)

PURPOSE & BENEFITS

This innovation improves on what came before because…

Makes online marketing smarter because everything you know about your customer is in one place, so you can use it cleverly.

Saves time jumping around, exporting data to/from multiple products.

Flexible enough to work with businesses that are not a good fit with most SaaS offerings, easy enough for those that are to be quick to get up and running.

Its various benefits to the customer/end-user include…

Saves time and money. Lets you market smarter. Puts you in control of your online business.

COMPETITIVE LANDSCAPE

In the past, this problem was solved by…

Four or five separate products.

Its predecessors/competitors include…

Too numerous to mention. All the thousands of CMS products. Hundreds of ecommerce systems. Web analytics and email marketing tools. Online business intelligence space, nothing.

TARGET MARKET

It is made for…

Small-medium businesses wanting to sell widgets online. Information-centric web businesses. Particularly where the product catalog requirements are complex, or where it’s important to message customers in the most relevant possible way.

DISTRIBUTION STRATEGY

It is available for sale through…

100% turnkey through our web site, or through web design and web development firms using it as the platform to deliver customised solutions.

Our marketing strategy is to…

Build a loyal customer base who talk about our product, then take their success stories to the larger market through social media, local trade and business magazines.
