I’m doing a bit of flying this weekend. I’m pretty sure that I’m not going to get a surprise gift from my airline. Frankly, I’ll be happy if the flights just depart on time.
In 2010 Spainair decided to surprise and delight its customers on the final flight on Christmas Eve. When the guests on the flight went to collect their luggage, they discovered gifts on the carousel, personally addressed to them.
I’m assuming their luggage was there too, and not on a flight to Madrid.
