IntelligenceBank, a business process software company based in Mebourne, recently announced the launch of its new office in Los Angeles.

Founded in 2009, IntelligenceBank is all about making work seamless.

All of IntelligenceBank’s SaaS applications – Digital Asset Management, Board Portal, Risk and Compliance and Knowledge Management – are designed and developed in Melbourne, Australia for a global customer base with customers around the world.

Since then, the company has enjoyed a remarkable 100 per cent year on year growth from Australian clients such as the Australian Federal Government, Victorian State Government, NAB, Deloitte, Jetstar, and Gloria Jeans and also secured significant funding on the way.

Why does IntelligenceBank need this this new LA office?

Over the past 12 months, IntelligenceBank has reeled in major clients in the North American market such as Carlsberg, Destination Hotels, Baptist Health, Attend.com and Colorcon.

CEO Tessa Court (pictured) said, “While the company’s roots remain in Australia, the speed of acceptance in the US has accelerated the need to put on the ground key customer support, specific to our US clients.”

“Integral to our ability to quickly scale internationally, has been our use of Amazon Web Services’ cloud infrastructure,” she added. “With Amazon Web Services, we had the flexibility to remotely implement US clients, on US servers from Australia. This means, we have been able to launch a physical US office with a robust and growing customer base.”

The IntelligenceBank Los Angeles (IBLA) office is located on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles.

The new LA office, led by the start-up’s current US Director of Sales, David Porter, was selected due to its ‘relative proximity’ to Australia, and its growing tech industry.

While the core software development team will remain in Australia, the LA office will specifically cater for sales, project management and support needs of the company’s existing and future enterprise customers in the US market.

In 2016, IntelligenceBank is planning to further its international expansion by offering its DAM, Board Portal, GRC and Knowledge Management software in more than 40 languages.
