    Kimberlin Education creates and delivers exciting education programs on behalf of our clients nationwide. Our team delivers educational expertise and digital impact in the form of innovative products and campaigns. We then connect these to the classroom to be used by teachers and students.

    The Teacher Think Tank was developed to connect to teachers in the classroom, to help us deliver the success of these programs. As teachers are the end users of our programs and resources, we wanted to hear their thoughts, expertise, knowledge and wisdom to execute the best in the classroom.

    The Teacher Think Tank, is home to over 15,000 engaged teachers nationally. We start each school campaign with a consultation with the relevant teachers from our Think Tank to help us develop and deliver exceptional programs for the classroom.

    The teachers provide us with real insights into the type of the information they what and how and when they want to receive it.

    Their involvement in the creation of the program assists us with creating advocates for spreading the message when it is rolled out.

    By engaging with these teachers, it helps us bring education to life.

    Previously Kimberlin Education engaged with teachers from cold calling, purchased databases and incursions, creating a database and keeping it up to date and current.

    It was a simple tool for us to connect with teachers however had limitations in expanding and recruiting to the teacher community.

    The Teacher Think Tank provides an online community for teachers with incentives, surveys, focus groups, testing, resources, jobs, professional development, events and other opportunities. They are offered incentivised opportunities by participating in the Kimberlin Education surveys with rewards (vouchers).

    Through a multi channel marketing campaign which will include social promotion – facebook and twitter, search – SEO / SEM, referral program through our existing teacher network, teacher associations, advertising through digital and print magazines and education portals.
