What is 30under30?
30under30 is an Anthill initiative launched in early 2008 to encourage and promote entrepreneurship among young Australians. This year saw a surplus of highly qualified entrants, so we thought we would highlight some of the bright and innovative nominees who just missed the Top 30 by a wink. Rosanne Sandars is a self-confessed Webholic, but she will happily put her addiction to online marketing to good work for you.
One of her effective brand awareness inventions was a nifty trend known as ‘cupping’, by which she prompted her Facebook fans to ‘mug’ for the camera with a coffee cup in tow.
The cupping campaign was such a hit that other businesses picked it up. But how does that translate into numbers? Also specialising in CMS and web page design, Webholic grew its turnover after recently buying out another web business.
Pretty notable, since Sandars’ own company has been in existence for less than two years. Another confession: 130 clients have used Webholic’s services in that time.
A decade of prior web design experience for Sandars has been surely well spent.
