Thinking back, those old gloves with the fingers cut off were a triumph of rationality over common sense. Useful, but kinda pointless. Fortunately, glove designers are more switched on in the iPhone era. Take Dots Gloves: knit or woollen gloves that have nickel and brass dots sewn into the finger tips so wearers can operate their iPhones without scratching the screen.
Simple, elegant, cool. And, for now, sold out. The makers certainly have a hot product on their hands.
