Andrew Raso is a 26-year old entrepreneur who formed a digital marketing agency together with Mez Homayunfard, cleverly naming the company Online Marketing Gurus.
Andrew, together with his business partner, has designed a wildly successful business model that has helped his company grow from earning a mere $11,000 worth of contracts in a month to $340,000 worth of contracts per month in just two years. With 173 clients under his belt and 56 employees reporting to him, Andrew considers this business venture as a great learning opportunity.
“Coming from someone who was once out of a job after being fired, I would believe is a great achievement,” Andrew recently told Anthill.
Andrew considers tenacity as his greatest asset. His entrepreneurial journey has taught him that clients will come through the doors only by constantly pushing the boundaries and by learning to sell one’s self out there.
“I don’t wait for opportunities to present themselves. I seek them out and create them. I, with my partner, turned a $1,000 investment into a multi-million international company. I’m proud to say that due to my perseverance and drive, I now work with leading Australian and global brands.
As a people person and a great relationship-builder, he makes sure both his clients and staff are happy. “I look forward to the day I’m able to pass on my knowledge, as well as teach and empower others to run their own businesses.”
