Granted, this device is still in the prototype phase but, it’s an interesting development.
By using small laser projectors, the skin around a smart watch are turned into interactive buttons.
Skin buttons dramatically increase the ‘screen space’ of smart watches and, let’s face it – we are now used to having large touchscreen devices.
Developed at the Future Interfaces Group at Carnegie Mellon University, this is an intriguing development.
