What is 30under30?
30under30 is an Anthill initiative launched in early 2008 to encourage and promote entrepreneurship among young Australians. This year saw a surplus of highly qualified entrants, so we thought we would highlight some of the bright and innovative nominees who just missed the Top 30 by a wink. Rowan Kunz’s tutoring enterprise began when he self-published a book targeting HSC students.
Today, Art of Smart Education employs over 100 exam preparation coaches in NSW, Victoria and the ACT. And Kunz continues to broaden his wingspan: Genius Academy organises study skill workshops for high school students, based on Kunz’s seven-plus years of research compiling his book.
Up next, myEd will concentrate online tutorials and tests in a single gamified app (also enlisting the talents of fellow 30under30 alum Yohan Dantan).
“I believe that education is the key to helping young people unlock [their] potential,” says Kunz, who has reached thousands of students through his brand.
“Not merely education teaching them the syllabus for school, but education that awakens within students a deep desire to learn and apply knowledge in the real world for positive impact.”

My super power is that I can slow down time. Allows me to launch projects in half the time of competitors while using less resources. Also allows me to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
