He decided he wanted to make life better for these patients by using technology to empower them with respect to their health.

…to connect patients via the first ever medical smartphone app that secures live 24/7 link to their record as held in their doctors clinical software. The app works without the Internet, so great for people that travel.

It does this by…

…a patient downloads and installs the app, makes a demand for their record and, if the practice is enabled for MediTracker, the app will connect their phone to their health summary and pathology results.

…mediTracker is the first smartphone app of its kind in Australia. Mike Georgeff has patients who maintain this technology has allowed them to travel – because before it, they were afraid to leave their medical team.
