1. THE BEGINNING

This innovation initially came to life when…

I was thinking of how to make electric transportation affordable and enjoyable for general public and business travelers. Tesla has recently solved a lot of what thought to be electric vehicle problems. But the cost of that solution is quite steep. We have launched Eveeh to make the price of traveling on a luxurious tech-filled car comparable to other modes of transportation. And emit exactly zero CO2 on the way.

2. WHAT & HOW

The purpose of this innovation is to…

…make electric transportation accessible, affordable and enjoyable. To promote the idea of environmentally friendly possibilities of future trasnsport

It does this by…

offering fixed price intercity travel on Tesla Model S. Our Canberra-Sydney route is prices at $280 one way, which is comparable to a normal airfare if split between two. The price goes down to $70 per person (coach price range) if 4 people share the ride. Most of the journey can be autopiloted, so it’s a experience for our custoemrs.

3. PURPOSE & BENEFITS

This innovation improves on what came before because…

our clients get to experience the best car in the world while doing something they need to do at the same time – commute. We also offer an “at-your-door” option, Eveeh staff will drop the car off and pick up the car at your preferred locations. Ho hassle catching a cab to the airport and long wait times.

Its various benefits to the customer/end-user include…

luxurious travel option at an affordable price; green transportation; autopilot; outstanding safety; futuristic experience.

4. COMPETITIVE LANDSCAPE

In the past, this problem was solved by…

airplanes, trains, buses or rental cars which do not offer much flexibility. Even if they are flexible (rental cars), they emit truckloads of CO2 and unpredictably charge their clients. Eveeh is actually Australia’s first electric car rental service and the first ot offer Tesla Model S.

Its predecessors/competitors include…

Hertz, Thrifty etc; Murray’s buses, Greyhound; chauffeured car hire; national airlines

5. TARGET MARKET

It is made for…

corporate and leisure travelers between busy cities who want to try something new and are excited about technology and future. Also, environmentally conscious people that believe in the future of electric vehicles.

It is available for sale through…

Our main sales channel is the website (launching soon), where clients can pick their preferred route and make a booking. We deliver the car to the clients or it can be picked up in central locations in Sydney and Canberra.

Our marketing strategy is to…

We are working on integrating email marketing, facebook, instagram and google adwords to promote online offering various incentives for online-active clients. Offline we are partnering with event organisations and sports venues to attract corporate clients and offer trial rides on the car.
