Turning our entire knowledge base into a range of online products and applications which is constantly in development. By turning hourly billing into per-user monthly subscriptions, we turned the traditional legal and HR practice model on its head. Employment Hero provides employment contracts, HR templates and documents, performance management, an organisational chart builder and a virtual help desk.

Before this product, ‘in-house’ or ‘outsourced’ were the only two options for legal and HR services. Now, technology allows business owners to have the advantage of legal and HR expertise without the heavy costs traditionally associated with it. We also have our own development team constantly working to both improve and expand Employment Hero’s functionality, making it a more robust solution with every passing day.
However, our main focus will always be SMEs, who are the largest provider of Australian employment. Our ultimate customer is any business owner or manager who needs to manage employees, contracts, HR documents and policies and access huge knowledge bases. This is what we offer and it makes employment easier.
