I dropped the kids at school and received a call from my 10 year old crying his eyes out. I figured out that he was being prevented from going to a mini golf excursion due to them not receiving our Permission Note. I spoke to a teacher and just about begged them to fax the note so I can sign it and fax it back. After a brief conference they relented. After speaking to other parents they all had Permission Note disasters of one sort or another. CloudeNotes is my solution for all School to Home communication

provide a complete School to Home communication solution. You can create a CloudeNote and collect electronic parental consent, collect feedback, collect funds and all connected to the Student and their Parent. We do this with an innovative real time database.

We have built in a simple one click e-signature which allows parents to consent electronically You can collect any type of fees and payments. Parents join for free and can add details about their themselves and their kids, special needs/ allergies.

This innovation improves on what came before because…

paper notes are costly, inefficient, require staff to create, distribute and collect. Moving the process online will save organizations managing kids money and time. Managing communication and dataflow be it one way or two way is now easy.

Any Organization managing Kids and their Parents can use CloudeNotes. Parents will also be able to sign up and use CloudeNotes independent of an Organization. So they will be able to capture paper notes on their phone camera, add text and an e-Signature and send it back to the Originator – now digitized.

Promote through industry trade shows, such as Education conferences. We will market to Parents via Social media channels. We will partner with existing school distributors. We sponsor organizations that market to school managers. Some articles have been published and we will pursue press opportunities and even TV exposure is planned
