after many years of working with large consultancies and their clients, I decided to make the ‘smarts’ associated with growing a successful business more accessible and much more affordable to the SME’s of the world.

Most small businesses cannot afford the services of the big consultancies, but have the same – if not greater – need for structure, accountability and guidance on their business growth journey.

The purpose of this innovation is to…

provide a structured program that encourages small business owners to think BIG; set ambitious goals, focus on 7 key business growth drivers and then just “Get Shit Done” – as we like to say.

creating clear visions and goals, and breaking them down into bite-sized chunks.

The real key to the success of the program is a Specialist Hub made up of over 40 people with expertise in areas such as marketing, design, brand, law, finance, tax, online strategy, systems and processes etc. Clients access this specialist expertise to fast-track their growth.

whilst there is plenty of information available on “how” to grow your business, very few seminars, webinars etc. work with business owners on the implementation – the Get Shit Done part!
