Last week, we published the full list of our Top 30 winners. Today, we're pleased to announced the 30under30 'Highly Commended'. These are the 30 young entrepreneurs who didn't quite make it into the Top 30 but impressed our judges immensely with their chutzpah, business savvy, ability to roll with the punches and varying degrees of success.
