Love the bit about ‘biology’ – I’ve been doing a fair amount of reading on ‘the brain’ and how it works of late and I can totally see where Simon is coming from with this. Seems a well thought out theory with nods to some well known masters along the way.

I recently finished a fabulous book ‘Your Brain at Work – Strategies for overcoming distraction, regaining focus and working smarter all day long’ by David Rock. Since then I’ve been wandering around spouting words like prefrontal cortex and limbic system like I actually know what I’m talking about ;)
