1. THE BEGINNING

This innovation initially came to life when…

This innovation initially came to life 6 years ago as a result of a chance conversation between two brothers Tony and Maurice Gonsalves about the difficulty of preserving wine after the bottle is open. Maurice had tried all the devices then on the market and found them unsatisfactory. Tony, who is a physicist , had a brilliant idea of how it could be achieved and worked with industrial designer Clive Solari to develop it. The development has just been completed. Tony and Clive are co-inventors on the patent filed.
