This innovation initially came to life when…

Signmanager was born from an idea developed by directors Dan, Kris and Alan, who at the time were working for a sign manufacturer and saw a gap in the market for their idea: Signmanager. Signmanager acts as an independent consultant on behalf of major corporations to procure and manage their global branding requirements and the ongoing maintenance of their branded assets in the retail environment. Signmanager currently manage the corporate brands of more than 30 multinational corporations at over 40,000 retail outlets worldwide. Signmanager has offices in the Asia-Pacific region, UK and Europe, and the US.

The purpose of this innovation is to…

The purpose of Signmanager is to provide major corporations with signage management solutions and ongoing support for their branded assets within the retail environment.

It does this by…

Signmanager achieves this by providing clients with a transparent web-based management system, which we developed internally. The system links corporate signage requirements with the sign industry whilst controlling quality and regulatory requirements, and then providing ongoing maintenance support.

This innovation improves on what came before because…

Signmanager’s offering is unique within the industry. The branded asset management category was created and owned by our organisation. We have competitors for the service that we provide, with each competitor offering a part or parts of our service, but none offer the full package. Our constant innovation and search for the best people keep us ahead of the competition.

Its various benefits to the customer/end-user include…

…30% reduction in branded asset procurement costs – Complete control over the branding process via web bases service portal – Reduction in asset liability risk through the best in the business maintenance and recording processes – Life-cycle management solutions

In the past, this problem was solved by…

Signmanager revolutionised the signage industry by transforming what was originally driven by intricate and outdated systems into an open and shared environment with our unique web-based management system. The online system allows clients and contractors access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so they can monitor the progress of their project, as well as review past projects.

Its predecessors/competitors include…

Signmanager has redefined the process by which branded assets can be delivered into the retail environment as our offering is unique within the industry. We do have competitors, although none of them offer the full service we provide.

It is made for…

We find that most major corporations find it challenging to implement a brand change across multiple sites in the retail environment and virtually impossible to keep that image in pristine condition throughout the brand’s entire life. Our approach simplifies the implementation process, and therefore it is perfectly suited to these major corporations with large retail networks.

It is available for sale through…

Our marketing strategy is to…

As we target a niche market, we have found direct marketing works best for us. This involves daily media monitoring to gage who in our target market are expanding and merging. We contact these leads and continue to follow up, ensuring our organisation stays front of mind. We also engage in cold calls to organisations who are our ideal clients.
