The development of the Pockets of Brilliance Team Climate Process has been a wonderful journey of brilliant collaboration between Pockets of Brilliance. The collective wisdom, intellect and passion of the business has resulted in the creation of a system of teaming that businesses are in much need of. The journey we take together is a testament to the notion that many brain are more effective than one and that the spirit of collaboration delivers beneficial outcomes to the people we serve.
