This innovation came to life when…

After delivering consulting services personally for about 20 years, I realised there must be a way of virtualising the consulting process.

To address this issue I invented HyperQuestions, an approach which dynamically generates the questions that a consultant would typically ask and formats them into a document (deliverable).

The purpose of this innovation is to…

Accelerate the process of creating a consultant grade document, and enable anyone to do it.

It does this by…

Dynamically generating questions using a proven planning methodology.

This innovation improves on what came before because…

It is idiot-proof. We have now created 3,500 business plans in the app for people from 50 countries, some of which only speak English as a second language.

The benefits to the customer/end-user include…

  • 10X reduction in the time required
  • 20X reduction in cost

In the past, this problem was solved by…

Functional business planning software, i.e. enter information on your market. We use very direct and targeted questioning and a process to replace the traditional approach.

Its predecessors/competitors include…

The Australian government spent over $200k developing a business planning app (free) for iPhone and Android. They are currently achieving about 2% the download volume and 0.5% the number of actual plans created.

This innovation is made for…

Business owners and founders — predominately startup businesses.

It is available for sale through…

iTunes and Google Play.

Our marketing strategy is to…

Maintain our position as the second result when searching for ‘Business Plan’ in either iTunes or Google Play.

We are currently processing between 60 and 120 business plans per day and expect this to increase due to viral Facebook activity.
