I had to find money to pay the legal fees and replace the loss of income. I had been asked by trade store retailers to create marketing systems using techniques that we had been using to sell our products to help them in their business, and they go good results. Then I started working with trade business owners to convert more of their quotes into paying customers and the results were outstanding. So Fully Booked Tradies was born.

A full customers service pack given to the customer at the time of the quote to help to build trust and repoire. And a follow up system of emails, texts, post cards to convert the quote into a paying customer.

It allows the quote to become part of the sales system, converting more quotes into paying customers. Before working with us tradies only give out only one piece of paper as their quote, they do not provide any other details as to why they are the best choice, they dont educate the customer or empower them.
