Dannii Cross, 25, is a level 4 MP Transformation Specialist who started her business in 2015 to help educate men and women about nutrition and exercise.
Cross created an online transformation program to help cater to people that live away from the studio, along with offering different products that suit different healthy lifestyle goals.
She started from an oval outside her home, then expanded to a home studio in her garage, to a studio ten minutes from her house all within a year of starting her business. Growing from a handful of clients to over 60 with a growing online client base and community.
The greatest sales tactic she uses to get and keep clients is the power of a photograph! “A photo can speak 1000 words. I find that having a before and after photo of someone speaks for itself and is one of the most powerful marketing strategies I use.”
On top of that, Cross uses Facebook live, online blogging and aims to provide the best atmosphere she can “so people can’t not find out about us!”
Her biggest achievement thus far is spending most of her time working online from home with clients. A big change from when she worked at a gym roughly 12 hours a day. Now it’s only two hours a day of work and she’s tripled her income!
“To me, time is valuable! Money means nothing if you spend 24/7 working.”
Cross seized an opportunity to work with a host on Casey Radio Breakfast who was looking for a trainer. She had to train this host for the whole year and 15 other ladies for free! It was a worthy cause that helped raise awareness for charity and had gotten Cross more radio interviews, a new audience and extra clients due to word of mouth. Not-to-mention another success story for her portfolio.

“I’m a goal setter and I put very high expectations on myself. I don’t just do the bare minimum each day. I work hard to create opportunities for myself.”
