After only three years, Happy Way now sells its organic, nutritional products specifically designed for women’s bodies, to 64 countries.

“We want our protein powders to make women all over the world feel positive about their body and empowered to make an impact on their lives,” Mr Nguyen said.

Happy Way also took home the 2018 Telstra South Australian Emerging & Energised Award.

The Telstra Business Awards recognise the best in business across four categories: Emerging and Energised, Small and Succeeding, Medium and Making Waves, and Social Change Maker.

Telstra Business Awards Ambassador, Vicki Brady, said the winners of the 2018 Telstra South Australian Business Awards demonstrate excellence across six key judging criteria, underpinned by a commitment to innovation and technology.

“Happy Way is led by two impressive people who are energised by their quest to improve the lives of their customers. They are sophisticated in their marketing, including social media, financially astute and have a hunger for continual learning and growing their business,” Ms Brady said.

2018 Telstra South Australian Business of the Year and 2018 Emerging & Energised Award winner: Happy Way

Working as a personal trainer for over 15 years, Hien Nguyen would have many of his female clients asking for suggestions of protein powders as most formulas were designed for male bodies. After months of researching and gathering data, Hien and his co-founder Ben Germein, had a break through and created Happy Way protein powder.

Happy Way protein powder is made from the highest quality of ancient and organic superfood supplements and is 100% certified organic. These nutritional products are suitable for women of all ages, and are safe for pregnant women and breastfeeding mums.

After three years in business, Happy Way now sells their products to 64 countries, with over 10% of their revenue coming from countries outside of Australia.
