We had been Training and Placing people within the Retail Industry for many years, and we found that the demand for face to face training was very high, yet geography and retail trading hours precluded entire teams from attending training. Normal E Learning was not popular as it was considered boring and our Trainer, Joe Teagh, is amazing. we had to find a way to get his training out to the entire retail market and yet make it educationally sound as that is what we do. Proper Retail Sales training needs to be ongoing and is best done on the job.

In specific retail Sales Training, we are the leaders. We can now offer our programs online simulating Live Training. Participants can access the programs from any device wherever they have internet access, educational and guaranteed to improve Retail Sales/Service.

Accessing Retail Sales Training is always hard retail hours, no one can shut the store for a week and all go to training. Geography also causes a problem, what is available in metro ares is not available in regional areas. We provide Retail Sales Training from Induction to advanced. Can be accessed on the job, at home, anywhere internet exists.

Our Target market is Retail employees both current and aspiring. We ideally will sell this to large franchised organisations with showrooms in all regions. It will give them the ability to improve customer service across the board. We will also be using an eCommerce platform to allow individuals to enroll for our programs online and be able to make payments by subscription method. We also have the ability to use sites like amazon and Alibaba to sell to people in other English speaking regions. We have been limited before on who can access our training it is now limitless.
