Startup, then scaleup [CARTOON]

It’s easy to start a company, but it’s increasingly difficult to grow one. Everyone idolises famous startups like Facebook and Google, but companies of this size and success are few and far between.

It takes investment, time, good growth techniques and you have to be brave. It also takes different skill sets to scale than it does to start. Scaling is about planning, standardising and leveraging assets.

Are you going to be a start-up or a scale-up?
