We couldn’t keep up with the demand for our social media training for executives. Instead, we built a cloud-based online training platform to give the experience of being guided through social media platforms in real time. This was technically difficult, since we wanted users to experience the real technologies, not a video reproduction. After a lot of trial and error, we had it: an online training software with a video guide and an interactive window. We took it to clients, but they wanted the software, not the course. We realised this was an even bigger opportunity and took out patents.

Make complex information simple and engaging. The software guides people through online technology platforms, complex administrative systems or new products. It simplifies the user experience of complex systems without needing to change the underlying infrastructure.

Using a video narrator to guide the user through information presented in an interactive window. The technology is a smart browser within a browser, creating a multimedia experience that can overlay an existing site, platform or technology. These innovations have been recognised with a 20-year patent in the United States, and a significant portfolio of international patents.


This innovation improves on what came before because…

Our software pulls together a wide set of features that existed separately. We combined a video narrator, built-in chat, online forms, staff on-boarding and training, and created a new functionality, interacting with instructions and third-party content simultaneously. This creates a deeply engaging experience: recent course feedback showed 27% used the online forum, and 68% signed up for further news.
