Working on organizing a major event. It took 6 weeks to source available venues and suppliers priced within the budget. After receiving approval, we went back to the suppliers and 50% of them, including the preferred venue, were no longer available. This cost us time and money, and we could not deliver the event. All I wanted was to sit in front of my computer and search for a venue/supplier in real-time, and book or pay for the services instantly. It was then that iVvy was born, bringing to market the World’s first real-time booking engine for the events industry.
