After 15 years operating my mentoring company, no one was doing anything about addressing housing affordability in this country. Two years ago, I started to build a unique patented Algorithm to address housing affordability. We have developed a structured and favourable package to help Mum & Dad assist their kids buy a home with a clear exit strategy, using our Innovative Algorithm, without affecting Mum & Dad’s assets. The kids can live where they want to live, have their family grow up in the same house, go to the same school. No Landlord.

Young people can enter the home buyers market by buying a home for 60% of it’s value. They can start spending their income not on rent but their very own home. Creating wealth for themselves and not someone else.

The Informal bank of mum and dad, formal bank of mum and dad, Guarantor for the kids loan. Problems with current ways: risky, can negatively affect relationships, mum and dad can’t plan for retirement, formalising can be expensive and complicated, no clear OR quick exit, investor shares in capital growth, high interest rates, family assets at risk.

The Y and emerging Z generations, for home ownership otherwise they are left with the prospect of renting which restricts their ability to create wealth, plan for their retirement creating uncertainty for many young Australians. The 2.9 Million people, those in the Y generation who work FULL time (35% of the full time workforce) 78% of Baby Boomers aged 55-64 who are in home ownership have an average net wealth of $1.2 Million. Therefore, 2.2 Million people in the Y generation will have parents with the means to help them buy a home using our Innovative product.

Use Social, TV, & other various forms of Media, with dynamic marketing strategy and excellent key messages, we will be able to show the target market the facts as it is much better to do it this way than informally or not at all. This marketing campaign will be based on education and facts.
