Hayden Dodson recently told Anthill that he created Advanced Fitness after seeing “many women struggling to lose weight and transform their body”.
“We are the only female transformation facility which teaches women how to break their patterns and utilise state elicitation to reach their body transformation goals.”
The company has launched a unique platform offering supplements to women for free when they reach a transformation goal. Through a complex business structure, Advanced Fitness is able to make high profit margins while providing supplements for free.
But, like anything good, it didn’t exactly come easy for Hayden.
“When I initially started Advanced Supplements (my first business prior to Advanced Fitness) I saved enough money to make my initial supplement order of $10,000. One week before I was going to officially start selling the supplements I received an email telling me that the minimum order had been raised to $50,000…”
“I couldn’t afford it…Or could I?”
“I started selling the supplements BEFORE I had received or even ordered. I took the risk (knowing I could do it) and sold $50,000 of supplements in under three weeks. I then made the first order allowing me to start the business.”
In light of his youthful successes, Hayden was named in Perth’s 100 most influential at the age of just 21. He even gets his own TV show on WTV later this year, which will be all about body transformations.

FINDING the “Solution”, when it has not been done before. I do not follow the status quo…I see things as they are and dream of how they can be better.
Whether it be a business problem or a niche which is being under serviced, I can identify exactly how the niche can be better served while obtaining a higher profit margin.
Let’s be honest, most businesses don’t serve their niche effectively. I can isolate the solution when others can’t. I can see what isn’t currently there.
