This innovation initially came to life when…

The Co-Founders set out to create a simple solution for a complex and costly business problem: structured and unstructured data from a myriad of applications, processes, systems and programs did not work together. The costs (in time and money) of the problem grew exponentially as the amount of data produced increased. The initial impetus/imperatives: sharing data simply, securely and in a compliant manner; finding savings across governmental/healthcare sectors where budgets were extremely tight; acknowledging that the inability to find such a solution would cost both budgets and lives.
