This innovation initially came to life when…

The seed of the idea was sown during chats about our own experiences – as a recruiter and an employer respectively – and the difficulties we encountered from those different sides of the fence.
We’d noticed a fundamental disconnect: while recruiters were spending a lot of their time trying to find work, employers were struggling to find good recruiters. We spoke to other employers and recruiters and found that we weren’t alone in our frustrations.
So, blending technology with human interaction, we created a platform to bridge this gap

A recruitment marketplace and platform to better connect employers with recruitment experts. By taking the guesswork out of recruitment and increasing access we are focussed on getting the right people into the right jobs.

Employers can post job requirements to our marketplace of specialist recruiters.

Recruiters then apply to work on the role.

Employers can then review applications based on profiles including recruiter experiences and background as well as a rating system.

Our candidate tracking system manages candidate submissions, information requests and interview scheduling and job offers.

Communications flow through our internal messaging system.

No company in Australia has successfully built a recruitment platform providing an open marketplace and candidate tracking system that work seamlessly.

We have also integrated with a number of other service/product providers in the recruitment space to position ourselves as a complete end to end outsourced recruitment solution.

Other solutions are less integrated and technology focussed. All other marketplaces are managed via business development managers matching employer requirements to recruiters via a referral process which threatens transparency.

Candidate Tracking Systems are managed independently to other software and are only accessible by larger corporations and recruitment agencies.

Our target market is business who have experience with recruiters or who need support in the hiring process.

Target Location: Currently Australia with APAC in next 18-24 mths

Target Business: SME’s 30-500 staff. However we have ongoing discussions with large multi-nationals as the solution benefits all.

Target industries: Tech, Finance, Marketing, Sales. However the platform is beneficial to all and we have over 300 recruiters from various specialisations that can support job requirements
