It came to life when we discovered how hard it is to keep a house tidy enough to be presentable at its best for a Home Open when we were selling it.

We also noticed that many of the photos did not give a good impression of our home, its layout or feel.

Home Open TV is a user-enabled site that allows anyone to list their own home free … with video and a unique video email solution.


The purpose of this innovation is to…

…allow people to present the homes they’re selling to online buyers in the best light possible — 24/7.

It does this by…

…allowing users to showcase video of their home and portray online the best selling features. The users also have access to a well designed viral method of distribution with measurable metrics.


This innovation improves on what came before because…

No matter how many photos and words you use to describe a property, it is still video that provides the biggest and strongest impact. Add that to the viral nature of the included distribution mechanism and its social networtk interaction and you have a 21st century solution to the For Sale sign.

The users and/or their real estate agents can concentrate more on the followup to the noise created by Home Open TV, rather than the mundane weekly cleanup and presentation that is known as the Home Open.
