With the help of Will Strange and Sports Performance Tracking, anyone can feel as if they’re training at the quality of a professional athlete.
SPT provides sporting players with wearable cloud based software analytics technology. This enables athletes across the globe to have access to sports science and tracking technology.
By being able to track how an athlete is performing, coaches can make more informed decisions about fitness levels and injury risk, Will says.
Football players, hockey players, rugby players and many more are using SPT’s technology across the globe.
SPT’s website describes its product as, “Designed and developed with sub-elite and amateur players in mind.” This means anyone can utilize SPT’s technology, no matter the skill level.
SPT’s technology has now reached 37 countries and is being used by 500 clubs around the world, both professional and amateur.
Will has been asked to speak about his technology at conferences around the world, such as in Silicon Valley, London and more.
SPT isn’t Will’s only entrepreneurial accomplishment. He also founded Three65 Underwear, a subscription based underwear business that he sold this year. Both Three65 Underwear and SPT were born in Will’s garage.
Will says his recipe for success included searching for and seeking out the right role models.
“I believe the backbone of my achievements so far has been the ability to get advice form the right people,” Will says.
Will’s search for his current advisor is a prime example of his never give up attitude. Using his investigative skills, Will located his advisor’s house, called the next door neighbors to ask for his phone number and finally gave him a call. The two sat down for coffee and they’ve been a duo ever since.
As apparent from this story, Will prides him self on his ability to get things done, no matter the circumstance.
