Hi Nathan,

In answer to your questions, yes it was written for Anthill. Far more trade shows are held in the US than Australia each year. It is a much larger market and therefore of interest to entrepreneurs with international ambition.

It was also written and posted partly in response to this article - http://anthillonline.com/how-to-wow-a-us-business-conference-crowd-advice-needed/ - which was written by an Australian tech entrepreneur seeking advice on his way to several trade shows in the US.

Sorry to hear that you didn't find it relevant. It's worth pointing out that many of the points are equally relevant to the Australian trade show scene.

Why is this written for the US? Was this even an original article for Anthill?

Surely the majority of tradeshows the readers here would exhibit at, are in Australia?

Once again, another article that slightly misses the mark.

Awesome advice. I'm about to attend a trade show and am always looking at ways of increasing my leads. The comment about the post event review is vital, we did this after our first trade show and are implementing many of the 'lessons learned' which we would have forgotten otherwise.
