I also see how this structure can be applied to new idea creation.

One of our board members recently suggested adding book reviews to the Anthill site, obviously wearing his Dreamer hat. He wanted to share an idea.

Unfortunately, I was too quick to put on my Realist hat and replied, "Too much work for too little return." (i.e. It takes a lot of human hours to read a book and write about it every week and then we would face a lack of comments to reflect the small number of people who have also read that same book.)

However... If I had joined him as a Dreamer for a short moment, I may have been able to extend on his idea in ways that could overcome the complaints of the Realist (i.e. Perhaps we could create a Book Club and invite members to share their thoughts. It would also allow us to introduce new Australian authored books to our readership).

It's seems odd to congratulate our own contributors but I must say that your first three posts Nigel have been astonishingly good. I can't wait for the next!

I love the idea about the rooms, I might adopt that here actually. Would be even more effective if you dressed up each room to suit with posters, items trinkets etc.
