CoVentured, the Sydney business connecting thousands of startups and scale ups to corporates, has broadened its footprint beyond Australia.
The 12-week program, in partnership with Slingshot, is now in its fourth year and offers participants access to HCF mentors and hands-on resources such as funding, industry relationship-building, and strategic guidance to turn their ideas into investment-ready businesses.
Last year, Slingshot launched Horizons, a tourism industry accelerator backed by Brisbane Airport Corporation, Amadeus IT and the Queensland Government’s $650 million Advance Queensland initiative. The program was such a success, it opened again for applications early this year.
As well as access to Qantas and industry mentors, participants will be able to tap into some of the Qantas Group’s operational data, technology platforms and anonymised customer insights to bring their ideas to life.
The accelerator program provides our startup entrepreneurs and business innovators with first-class mentoring assistance while connecting them with investors and potential business partners.
HCF, Australia's leading not-for-profit health fund and corporate Startup accelerator Slingshot have selected seven Startups and five Scaleups from more than 200 applicants and 45 Pitch Day finalists.
Now Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander entrepreneurs will have their own accelerator to turn to for such support. The support will also include world-class entrepreneur programs from Australia’s leading corporate accelerator, Slingshot.
It currently compares in excess of 10,000 products and services from more than 350 brands, including household names like Lorna Jane, Running Bare, Swisse, Adidas and Goodlife.
Human Capital represents a completely new venture for Slingshot, which typically partners with one corporate business to create a tailored, industry-specific accelerator program.
HCF Catalyst is accepting applications from health entrepreneurs, experts and specialists to participate in a 12-week structured program to develop compelling business models and secure the traction, viability and investment needed to succeed.
