Why have a new committee?
Sustainability is about:
- looking after the environment
- looking after your customers - quality
- looking after your employees - safety
- looking after your bottom line and all of the above help with this and prevent business interruptions.

Why limit what you think about sustainability? It is about making your business sustainable and if you do that well you also help the outside world.

Tess,

Nice list. I am sure you thought of it and have it in mind - but you didn't say it.
Get the whole team on board - staff, management, suppliers etc. Change Management requires
that everyone affected by the change does their bit. This is not just a top down matter.

If you want to discuss ways of doing this please contact me at tim.edwards@acenet.com.au
