I’m not surprised. Khimji was always full of energy and enthusiasm.

He took the MSTC program with us at the Univ of Adelaide and it was obvious to me that he was absorbing the materials and looking for ways to bring the learning to bear in new ventures … he has done that a few times now.

thanks Khimji for the insights, they make a lot of sense.

wondering about the outlook for the VC in the US, in light of GFC.

is now as good a time as ever to try raise in the US? or have certain funding sources narrowed making raising more challenging?

i spoke to an Australian based entrepreneur (who raised previously in US) but last year found it very tough and needed to look elsewhere.

perhaps you points about being based over there etc could have contributed too…
