A client experienced sudden international demand and needed to find a robust system to cope with their fast growth. We developed a software product called Shop, Stock and Bill, an integrated online ‘in the cloud’ system that manages and tracks products and payment, from retail or wholesale client orders via a shopping cart (or e-catalogue) through a stock inventory control system, tracing components, enabling warehouse management and location, freight, and finally interfaces with the client’s existing accounts system to deliver customised reporting. SS&B also integrates with Point of Sale software and layers of loyalty systems.

It can be scaled to an unlimited number of products for various business sizes who sell, import or manufacture products. This system will keep track of errors and inefficiencies and will save businesses from keeping large inventories to avoid running out of product, as alerts are sent when products are below minimum allowance. Large inventories often curtail cash flow and avoid the cost of out-of-date stock. The interface with POS and Accounting Systems is very beneficial.
