When a Norwegian child is born, its parents are entitled to 46 glorious weeks of leave at 100% pay. Naturally, this was deemed completely unsatisfactory and this year, paid paternity leave was extended from 6 weeks to 10 weeks. In Finland, the word "corruption" is a mythical creature.
