[1]The following SMART 100 profile and the information it contains is a duplication of content submitted by the applicant during the entry process. As a function of entry, applicants were required to declare that all details are factually correct, do not infringe on another’s intellectual property and are not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Some profiles have been edited for reasons of space and clarity. More about the SMART 100 [2].
We developed this solution around Wincor Nixdorf’s solution, however the EPA of South Australia requires that these machines pay end users cash at collection point. These Reverse Vending Machines will be used thru out the state of South Australia as a start. Recyclates are captured in a clean fashion and all empty plastics, cans, and bottles are recycled. Hence, a cleaner environment for people using this technology. The modern day “cash for cans”.
We have built a solution around recycled cans and bottles at convience points throughout any major city. Less kerbside waste. Incentives for community to get involved in collection of bottles and cans that will be recycled.
Client places empty bottles and cans into machine and gets rewarded for this.
We have a solution that allows 24/7 capture of recycled bottles, cans and PET bottles. This system allows the end user to be paid for this effort at the same time the recyclates are sold at market value across the world.
Cleaner cities, great way of allowing end user to make some money whilst depositing empty containers. Less green house gasses produced by recycling.
Recycling kerbside or away-from-home capture of empty bottles and cans.
Manual collection depots, older way of capturing bottles and cans, and also machines collect product in pure fashion hence better price achieved for recyclates.
Everyone who drinks out of bottles, cans, and PET bottles are the target market, especially in South Australia where .10c per bottle and cans is recieved.
If anyone is interested in having this Reverse Vending Machine installed on site to capture recyclates please do contact Jimmy Patel of Pos Pos.
We do have Centro in SA interested in these machines so do we have Colonial First State in Melbourne. Potentially these machines can go anywhere there is population movement, even in stadiums, etc.
While the judging is now officially over, you can still show your support for this innovation in one of the following three ways:
