1. THE BEGINNING

This innovation initially came to life when…

We are screenprinters and used to teach a lot. In our classes there were always creatives that were either launching products or creating brands but they had no equipment after they left our studio. We tried to accomodate them but they would always break the machines.

2. WHAT & HOW

The purpose of this innovation is to…

So I designed a machine with no moving parts or springs of any kind under 16kg, portable along with a non toxic solutions for inks and wash-ups, in essence creating a print studio anywhere you want.

It does this by…

Our master innovation is 4 pronged. Based off a portable machine, non-toxic Australian made inks, screen preparation cheat options and a absolutely unique registration system.

3. PURPOSE & BENEFITS

This innovation improves on what came before because…

It makes printing your own t-shirts both compact and portable but mostly possible in any environment.

Its various benefits to the customer/end-user include…

Professional quality results on textiles at home.

4. COMPETITIVE LANDSCAPE

In the past, this problem was solved by…

All other systems are ad-hock or require large amounts of cash and space. The average carousel would cost $1000 raw and require at minimum the size of a dining room table but usually more.

Its predecessors/competitors include…

One person holding a screen and one person printing on a dining room table printing one colour max. Or large set-ups of multiple machines – typically a single garage space or bigger.

5. TARGET MARKET

It is made for…

Designers, Illustrators, Fashion Designers, cafes and brands that want to print and re-print uniforms, schools that want to teach product creation, events people, promotional and PR firms.

It is available for sale through…

Kickstarter at first and then via website / possibly Amazon to get access to U.S. and Europe and Japan.

Our marketing strategy is to…

Kickstarter pre-quelled by a how to print book Guerilla style DIY.
