This innovation came to life when…

We were having our Friday afternoon office tradition of finishing off the week with a drink over a very average bottle of wine.

We jokingly discussed how good it would be if we could modify our diesel improvement technology (the Biotechnix Diesel System which won us 8th place in the Anthill 2012 Smart 100) to enhance wine making it smoother and richer in flavour.

The more we discussed this, the more excited we became. It took two years of challenging research and development but the journey has been absolutely rewarding with the invention of a world first product, The Premium Wine Card.

We launched it just recently in December 2013.

2. WHAT & HOW

The purpose of this innovation is to…

Make every glass of wine or spirit taste as good as it possibly can.

It does this by…

Touching the front of the card to a glass of wine and gently moving it for 15 seconds, resonant frequencies are transferred to the wine and cause a restructuring of the molecules. Because of this structural change, the tannins are broken down and the true flavour of the wine is revealed.

Previously, wine had to be cellared for several years longer. The Premium Wine Card is softens the tannins and acidity of wine or spirits resulting in a smoother, richer flavour.

The Premium Wine Card allows you to instantly age the wine to its optimal state for drinking and enjoying. No other product can do what the Premium Wine Card can do.

As Master of Wine Mr. Peter Scudamore-Smith has remarked, this is “the 21st century version of decanting wine, it happens in 15 seconds”.
