As a Physiotherapy company we got sick of how poorly the Worksafe system hampered us treating clients who sustained injuries at work. Because of the governmental bureaucracy around these injuries we would not see clients until 4-6 weeks at least following them sustaining an injury and finally having their claim approved. These put us significantly on the back foot of providing ideal treatment to these people as well as filling them with high levels of mental strain, stress and uncomfortableness around their situations.

Provide an early intervention treatment service that significantly reduces the need for workcover insurance injuries, time off work and a client receiving treatment well after an injury.

Working with corporate employers to have direct relationships with us or through 3rd parties that when their employees have an injury, pain or niggles they can be treated asap. The employer funds up to 4 treatment sessions on a no blame model allowing treatment of their workers and strategies to be put in place to keep them at work safely.

It works to bypass a lot of the need for undergoing a significant workcover claim and the problems and hassles with this. Early intervention treatment reduces the need for many injuries to go all the way to workcover, helps keep the client at work safely and improve productivity on workplace aches and pains. Ultimately benefiting both the employer and employee.

Through relationship marketing with big corporates such as Healthscope, Bupa, InjuryNet and others. Word of mouth is benefiting us with these relationships having brought on these employers as well as Myer & local finance, legal and cleaning companies in Melbourne. In the future it will be scaled with online marketing.
